Description
Bath Armor™ is moisture and gas impermeable, high thermal conductivity, smooth and rounded almost fluid like and reduces your water consumption.

Designed for Water baths

  • No more filling topping up water baths, maintaining water level.

  • Cleaning frequency reduced.

  • No waterborne contamination.

  • Can be washed or sterilized.

  • Good thermal heat distribution.

Replace water in your water bath with these thermally efficient pellets that are easy to keep clean. It enables you to eliminate nearly all water bath cleaning and protects your water bath from drying out.

Saving the need for racks, floaties and bottle weights. More free time, one less duty, NEVER have to wash or refill a water bath again!

Bath Armor™ combined with our work on providing anti-bacterial properties to touchable areas on the Clifton range, such as the painted surfaces and controls, our attention has moved to the contents of the water bath itself – “the wet area”. It is recognised a conventional water bath requires regular cleaning, all wetted surfaces need treating with a surface disinfectant along with frequent changes of water reducing the occurrence of contamination.

Bath Armor™ aims to tackle water contamination by utilizing a dry, metallic thermal media comprised of small beads instead of water. The result is a dry bath that is far less conducive to contamination than a water-filled bath.

Clean Bath Armor™ using a disinfectant solution.

Working temperature range is -80°C to 180°C

Sensitivity
Sensitivity in a NE2-8D = ±0.8°C.

Chill Bucket with Beads, Bead bag with 2 off Chilli Packs

The Chill Bucket can maintain cold temperatures 1 - 8°C for 4 or more hours with one Chill Pack. For up to 8 or more hours a second Chill Pack is recommended. The Chill Packs were frozen to -20°C in a freezer and the Beads cooled to 2°C in a refrigerator prior to placing in the bucket.

Temperature data represents actual measurement results from a single probe in centre of the bucket.
