Description
Clifton Cooled Incubators feature intuitive easy to use controls with on screen guidance within a bold illuminated LCD display, offering precise time and temperature control from ambient 0°C to 70°C, cooling temperature range 0°C to 47°C.

The Incubator can run at a set temperature immediately, delay start or commence to start in the future at a given date and time. Additionally with three available programs with up to 6 segments in each program which allows the creation of temperature time profiles of your choice.

All control surfaces feature smooth easy to wipe clean surfaces.

The digital microprocessor controls feature real time clock, diagnostics, digital LCD display to 0.1°C resolution, dual pt100 probes, including event log and data log of actual temperatures along with USB and RS232 interface. Every unit is supplied with a Calibration Certificate for validation.

Featuring a stainless steel interior with stainless steel outer case powder painted. Particular attention paid providing a good tight door closure and hinge design to maintain a sealed chamber in use. Case is well insulated to reduce heat loss in use. Access port fitted as standard.

Featuring bold illuminated LCD graphic display of measured temperatures in real-time, in increments of ±0.1°C, with fan speed status, set temperature, date and time.

Intuitive to use controls, utilising illuminated touch sensitive keypads with display prompts assisting the setting of functions within the unit.

Option to set temperature in °C or °F.

The Incubator can be set to run at a set temperature immediately, delay start [dd:hh:mm] or commence to start in the future at a given time and date [hh:mm, yyyy:mm:dd].

With three available programs and up to 6 segments in each it allows the creation of temperature time profiles of your choice, including for example fan speed, exhaust air flap setting, fast achieve set temperature and a setting allowing programs to be cycled. Any of these programs they can run immediately, delay start [dd:hh:mm ] or commence to start in the future at a given time and date [hh:mm, yyyy:mm:dd]. And when a program is running the controls are locked preventing accidental interruption or change however stopping a program is straightforward.

Fan speed
The Fan speed can be set from 10% to 100% for maximum air convection in the chamber.
Exhaust air flap
The Exhaust air flap can be set from 0% closed to 100% open and allows air from the chamber to vent in either heating or cooling modes.
Logger
Data logging of minimum, average and maximum temperature values to USB.

Over temperature protection can be selected in controls: Class 1 for overall unit protection or Class 2 for experiment/sample protection. Once protection is activated heating is switched off and a warning appears on screen. Class 3 protection, an accessory factory fit option, provides active protection once the temperature in chamber returns to normal values heating and control resumes.

    Description
    Clifton Cooled Incubators feature intuitive easy to use controls with on screen guidance within a bold illuminated LCD display, offering precise time and temperature control from ambient 0°C to 70°C, cooling temperature range 0°C to 47°C.

    The Incubator can run at a set temperature immediately, delay start or commence to start in the future at a given date and time. Additionally with three available programs with up to 6 segments in each program which allows the creation of temperature time profiles of your choice.

    All control surfaces feature smooth easy to wipe clean surfaces.

    The digital microprocessor controls feature real time clock, diagnostics, digital LCD display to 0.1°C resolution, dual pt100 probes, including event log and data log of actual temperatures along with USB and RS232 interface. Every unit is supplied with a Calibration Certificate for validation.

    Featuring a stainless steel interior with stainless steel outer case powder painted. Particular attention paid providing a good tight door closure and hinge design to maintain a sealed chamber in use. Case is well insulated to reduce heat loss in use. Access port fitted as standard.

    Controls
    Featuring bold illuminated LCD graphic display of measured temperatures in real-time, in increments of ±0.1°C, with fan speed status, set temperature, date and time.

    Intuitive to use controls, utilising illuminated touch sensitive keypads with display prompts assisting the setting of functions within the unit.

    Option to set temperature in °C or °F.

    With three available programs and up to 6 segments in each it allows the creation of temperature time profiles of your choice, including for example fan speed, exhaust air flap setting, fast achieve set temperature and a setting allowing programs to be cycled. Any of these programs they can run immediately, delay start [dd:hh:mm ] or commence to start in the future at a given time and date [hh:mm, yyyy:mm:dd]. And when a program is running the controls are locked preventing accidental interruption or change however stopping a program is straightforward.

    Fan speed
    The Fan speed can be set from 10% to 100% for maximum air convection in the chamber.
    Exhaust air flap
    The Exhaust air flap can be set from 0% closed to 100% open and allows air from the chamber to vent in either heating or cooling modes.

    Data logging of minimum, average and maximum temperature values to USB.

    Safety Features
    Switching on, the controls undergo an automatic diagnostic check.

    Setting of High and Low temperature Alarm, settable 0-5°C about set temperature.

    Door opening generates an audible beep and indication on LCD display. When a program is running and should the door be left open a Door Alarm occurs, illuminating a red warning indicator and audible beeping until closed. Door open Alarm settable 0-5 minutes.

    Over temperature protection can be selected in controls: Class 1 for overall unit protection or Class 2 for experiment/sample protection. Once protection is activated heating is switched off and a warning appears on screen. Class 3 protection, an accessory factory fit option, provides active protection once the temperature in chamber returns to normal values heating and control resumes.
